TRAINER'S PROFILE - PERZEUS JAMES
Perzeus is a trainer who is well versed in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), teambuilding, leadership, accounting (bookkeeping) & finance, marketing, management, human resource, digital transformation, soft skills and other customized trainings.
Perzeus previously served as a principal of SEED Business College producing diploma programs in business management and accounting. Under his leadership the college produced more than 100 young entrepreneurs who has their own businesses. He also served as lecturer since 2009 in various local and international private colleges. His expertise is in basic accounts, marketing, economics, human resource, leadership, and management. He obtained his master’s degree in business administration from Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom in 2016. Currently he is studying for PhD in management and managerial philosophy at Asia e University. He obtained the Malaysian Human Resource Ministry’s HRDCorp Train The Trainer (TTT) professional accredited certificate. He is also certified digital transformation trainer. He obtained his Professional Social Media Marketing certificate from Veritas University in 2020 and Life Skills coach certificate from India. He obtained the Applied NLP certificate in the same year.
During his time in private colleges, Perzeus has developed large scale face-to-face and online training programs and has involved in the development of customized training workshops for local and international leaners, aimed to meeting their unique needs and focused on competencies.
Perzeus niche lies in leadership and management development and team dynamics, where he dedicates himself to moulding vibrant young leaders who believes they can make the world better place through their active contribution.
