Yugaswari is an accredited trainer with HRD Corp. She has a law degree (LLB (Hons) from University of London and currently pursuing Master of Laws in Advanced Legal Practice (date of completion April 2025).

 

During her early years of practice, she has been practicing as a legal assistant with R. Shankara & Co specialist in criminal litigation and insurance law for almost 3 years. For the past 12 years till today, lecturing and training have been her passion, and she have conducted training relating to Malaysia Intellectual Property, Employment Act (AMENDMENT)2022, Outcome Based Education and Sexual Harassment.

 

After that, she ventures into corporate Legal Advisor assisting in the company’s constitution and providing legal advice in drafting commercial contracts in SCQ Engineering (Malaysia Sdn. Bhd) for 6 years. Conducted few teams building for DISTED college and recently involved in Team Building for MBSB.

 

Some of the trainings she has conducted include Employment Act 1955; Malaysia Intellectual Property; Outcome Based Education; Enforcement Law; Stress Management; Sexual Harassment and Team Building.
