Gerald Peries is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer and Finance professional with over 30 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Operations and Corporate Training.
His training expertise covers Accounting, Finance, Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, Microsoft Excel and LHDN e-Invoicing. He conducts practical, business-focused training designed to help participants strengthen their financial and accounting skills, improve data analysis and support better business decision-making.
Gerald began his career in Accounting and computer operations before progressing to a Finance Manager role with a large engineering company, where he was involved in feasibility studies, financing, budgeting and financial planning. He also gained academic teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at a university in the United States, assisting with Finance courses. Since 1995, he has worked as a Freelance Trainer & Lecturer, delivering training in Accounting, Finance, Microsoft Excel, Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Accounts Receivable and LHDN e-Invoicing.
He has trained professionals from leading organisations including Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Petronas, Sime Darby, MRCB and Telekom Malaysia, as well as many other multinational corporations.
Gerald designs practical training programmes for both finance and non-finance professionals, combining real-world business scenarios with practical applications. His programmes enable participants to strengthen technical skills, improve productivity and reporting accuracy, enhance compliance and support better decision-making.
