Sexual harassment in the workplace is a critical issue that undermines the dignity, safety, and productivity of employees. The Code of Practice on the Prevention and Eradication of Sexual Harassment serves as a comprehensive framework that guides organizations in fostering a safe and respectful work environment. This code is essential for addressing both the prevention and response mechanisms needed to tackle sexual harassment. We will explore the key components of the code, including the definition of sexual harassment, the responsibilities of employers, prevention strategies, the complaint and investigation process, support systems for victims, and the ongoing monitoring of policies.
